Recently I have been invited to complete a Golf Course review of Port Kembla Golf Club. Already a well designed course that is very well maintained by it’s ground-staff. Quite a few holes had bunkers in front of bunkers. Which not only makes it difficult for the golfer but a lot of work for the staff to maintain. Time that will be now spent elsewhere on the course. 8 bunkers have removed with undulations and swales on holes 3, 5, 6, 8, 15 & 17.

17th hole bunker removed short of green. Widened fairway for more options on playing the hole.
8th hole now with 1 less front bunker.
